Successful sales start with the right information. Leads should have readily available information for sales people to know to whom they are trying to sell.
This web application was designed to get in-depth, understandable customer data in front of sales associates quickly and easily, for on-the-fly encounters.

the brief

This client’s needs were to collect customer data from multiple sources and consolidate everything into a web application that would be presented to the salesperson. This would allow the seller to adapt their pitch based off of customer data.

the approach

First, I created a snapshot of all the information a sales person would need in order to make a successful sale and organized it into cohesive groups.

Once I had the data, I assessed whether the data management was handled correctly and that customer data would be kept up-to-date. Working closely with the developer, we worked out a way to track, categorize, and prioritize the data coming in, while filtering out the old.
