the brief
The client already had a windows mobile app, but they needed a UX refresh as well as added features. This all with a port to Android (their devices were getting an upgrade also).

← about this screen
This sitemap includes the first two phases of four total. The lighter areas are from the first phase and darker areas from the second.
the approach
I started off with researching the previous windows app and gathering all the additional feature requests.
I then created a site map of the phases to get a clear picture of the overall expansion that would take place to ensure features were properly prioritized in a coherent architecture.
← about this screen
The navigation for the first phase and a detail screen of an issue (either an issue that needs follow up or a new issue being created).
the result
An updated Android app with designs for an easy port to iOS. The client’s immediate needs were just these, but future needs would be to expand and allow for clients to access information as well. Because of this and other factors, the client decided to use Xamarain Forms to create the app.
